Penlee Museum & Gallery holds 2 works by Eleanor Hughes (nee Waymouth) both of which are of Boleigh Farm. Our painting is titled 'Boleigh Farm' on the verso by Hughes. The farm is on the coast road at the head of Lamorna Valley, where Eleanor had her studio and nearby, her home.  The work is in Eleanor  Hughes signature style employing watercolour and pencil to help define the tree and other forms.
