Returns policy.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return an artwork you must notify us of your intention to do so within 7 days of receipt. Contact info@cornishartists.co.uk. Unfortunately, if you first contact us later to express your desire to return an artwork, we will not be able to refund you. Returned artworks must be in an undamaged and original condition with no alterations made to the work or frame, if applicable.

You will be required to repackage the artwork carefully using the original packaging materials, replacing in kind any damaged or misplaced packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, you will be required to purchase replacement materials. It is essential that the artwork is returned in the received condition for us to be able to refund the purchase price.

Once the artwork is safely received in an undamaged condition, Cornish Artists will process your refund via your original payment method. Our original shipping costs will be deducted and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What do I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
Cornish Artists takes every precaution to package artworks professionally and securely and we select shipping companies with care. Nevertheless, if an artwork is damaged in transit to you, please contact info@cornishartists.co.uk without delay and attach a description and photos of the damage. In such circumstances, when it is clear that the artwork was damaged by our shippers, we will ask you to return the artwork to us and upon receipt, all monies paid by you, including shipping, will be refunded by Cornish Artists via your original payment method.
